This was a large loft extension comprising of a double bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom providing a space measuring 8 x 4.5m in size.
Careful consideration was given to the finer details like having the spindles for the balustrade made to exactly the specification as the original stairs providing continuity in the build and making the loft look like it was part of the original construction.
